This is Niusha. I enjoy creating products, artifacts, services and in general things that matter in one way or another. That’s why I became a designer. Being curious and thoughtful, I love to learn new things, explore and observe the world around me.

I’m genuinely interested in people and their behavior, and believe understanding them is the key for a good design. That’s why in my design process I choose to put people in focus, while understanding the business, tech and other needs.

My background is a mix of product design, user experience and a dash of service design. During the past 13  years I have worked as a product and user experience designer, both in-house and as a consultant. I like to work in a team with a diverse set of expertise, exchanging ideas and exploring solutions together. I enjoy working both with the big picture, as well as the smallest critical detail, tying it all together for good results.

I’m motivated by creating products that are valuable for people in their daily life, whether to solve a problem or to bring a little joy and peace of mind.
